Contract Period/Renewal

The contract period is 1 month for monthly plans and 12 months for annual plans. If cancellation procedures are not completed 7 days before the expiration date, the contract will be automatically renewed under the same conditions.

Cancellation/Returns

Due to the nature of digital services, cancellations and refunds are not accepted after service provision begins. Subscriptions may be canceled from account settings or by contacting us before the next renewal date.
